Frequently Asked Questions
Honey Authenticity
Every batch is traceable to our partner beekeepers and lab-tested for
adulteration (C3/C4 sugar tests), moisture (% water), HMF (freshness/heat exposure), antibiotics, and pesticide residues. We
also verify pollen profiles for floral origin. Each jar carries a batch/Lot ID for full traceability.
Keep sealed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat; do not refrigerate. Use a clean, dry spoon to avoid introducing moisture. If honey thickens over time, warm the jar gently in a 40 °C / 104 °F water bath ,avoid microwaving to protect enzymes.
Crystallization is natural: honey with higher glucose or cooler storage will form fine crystals. It’s safe to eat and preserves flavor. To re-liquefy, place the closed jar in warm water (not boiling) until smooth.
Yes, internal QC plus third-party labs test for authenticity (NMR or C3/C4), moisture (<18% target), HMF, and contaminants. Results guide release; non-conforming batches are rejected.
